What happened:
Had relatively short rig move where operations ended with OBM and next well started with WBM. Getting pits cleaned and bentonite spud mud mixed in time is a challenge.
What was planned:
Mix spud mud on rig move.
What was learned:
Should explore possibility of mixing some spud mud at the plant and shipping to the rig via PSV once on location. Common amongst other operators.
What actions are required:
If in same situation again, consider shipping spud mud on PSV.
