What happened:
After engaging fish in overshot an electrical release of cable head (ECRD) was planned. Due to shorting in cable unable to release ECRD. Unable to determine where shorting was along the cable (kortslutning). Discussed plan forward and decided to perform a reverse cut and thread operation.
