What happened:
The cement design was updated with reduced lead and increased tail slurry to provide better support for the conductor as it was discovered that the lead slurry does not build a lot of strength to support the conductor.
What was planned:
Use of lead and tail cement slurry for cementing the conductor in place.
What was learned:
Lead slurry does not build much strength to provide good support for the conductor.
What actions are required:
Evaluate to use a light weight cement blend for top holes to reduce risk of losses and to ensure good suport for the conductor.
