With this focus the mobilization plan became a live document and with a weekly focus, ensuring all parties where involved in the logistics plan.

During weekly operational and readiness meetings with the service companies, the logistics team joined the meeting. With 1 month prior to spud, every meeting had a walkthrough of the mobilization plan and updates.
