What happened:

FIT was a success. Shaved off 1.75 hrs compared to the test at 20″ shoe. 2.5 hrs vs 0.75 hrs. 1.75 hrs NPT equals approximately 360 000 NOK.

What was planned:

FIT at 13 3/8″ shoe. It was planned to do FIT down the string and against a closed fail safe valve. Instead of an open open fail safe, as “normally” standard. And then not in need for a B/U circulation, and therefor save time.

What was learned:

A FIT executed down the string and against a closed fail safe valve will save time compared to do it with an open fail safe.
