What happened:
Unable to lift the BOP elevator with LMRP past fixed guide/bumper beams in moonpool. LMRP diameter to large. Had to work over side in basket.
What was planned:
To pull the LMRP to change out the annular. The plan was to skid the LMRP to fixed guide, floor to work on changing out the UAP.
