What happened:
It was not clearly stated in the HLB cement program how the cement calculations should be carried out other than use of Enhanced method. After discussion with HLB onshore it was decided to calculate the cement/displacement with enhanced method placing the stinger above the cement+ excess cement. What previously done is to calculate the cement op with placing the stinger above the cement (not including the excess)
