What happened:
Unstable and sometimes no connection at all. Poor sound quality during meetings with the rig.
What was planned:
Stable and sufficient internet for both uploading and downloading.
What was learned:
Dedicated personnel from Speedcast(?) needed to be mobilised to the rig to adjust the upload speed.

Service was provided by SpeedCast through Dolphin. In the past we have better experience with us directly talking to Rignet.
