Fat Canyon (6306/3-1 S) – From start to end.
What happened:
Øyvind Siegesmund asked if we, the drilling engineer together with supervisor, could provide a score for three companies every Tuesday/Wednesday with a detailed description of why.
What was planned:
Have a weekly score-card assessment of the service companies onboard the rig.
What was learned:
This is very useful to have every Tuesday/Wednesday (the day before CC of DE) so the memory is fresh and one can actually give real facts and experiences that is toward what the service companies delivers.
What actions are required:
Continue with this strategy going forward. It actually give value with regards to improvement points and/or good things to continue with.
